Как исправить grub в windowsa10 и ubuntu с двойной загрузкой? Я не вижу, где установлена Ubuntu! [дубликат]

Я установил Ubuntu 16.04 на свой ноутбук вместе с Windows 10, и он хорошо работал с grub, чтобы выбрать, какую ОС я хочу загружать, пока окна не обновились, и я получил ошибку спасения grub при включении моего ноутбука. Я погуглил и использовал Boot-Repair (рекомендуемый ремонт), чтобы исправить это, и при перезапуске он загружается напрямую в Windows без grub, и я больше не могу получить доступ к Ubuntu. Windows 10 Ежегодное Обновление и более свежий Windows 10 Creators Update, имеют действительно дурную привычку к вытиранию разделов Linux на дисках MBR. Microsoft знала об этой ошибке в течение достаточно долгого времени, но приняла решение не зафиксировать ее. Кажется, что Вы - жертва.
Восстановление возможно, но это может быть хитро.
Начальная загрузка к Ubuntu живой DVD/USB.
Открытый Software & Updates и удостоверьтесь, что все Ваши репозитории программного обеспечения (кроме предложенного) включены.
В terminal...
sudo apt-get update # update the software database
sudo apt-get install testdisk # install testdisk
man testdisk # read the manual
sudo testdisk # start testdisk

Примечание: после восстановления сильно полагайте, что изменение Вашего MBR отформатировало диск к формату GPT, таким образом, будущие обновления MS не вытрут его снова.
