склонный - получают проблемные чашки util-linux обновления

сегодня я добавил необходимое доменное имя для использования сетевого принтера, который был предварительно сконфигурирован с помощью CUPS. Затем я хотел распечатать тестовую страницу на принтере установки с помощью CUPS, но CUPS не реагировал вообще. Удаление CUPS перестало работать...

Теперь, даже apt-get upgrade не может продолжиться!

Сообщите, как решить ту проблему... Я использую Ubuntu 16.4 LTS
