Действительно ли 32-разрядные библиотеки являются устанавливаемыми на Ubuntu 16.04 для разработки Android?

Я установил Ubuntu 16.04, но я застреваю, потому что распределение не может установить 32-разрядные библиотеки sudo apt-get install lib32z1 lib32ncurses5 lib32bz2-1.0 lib32stdc++6.
