Problem Эдитинг Стартуп Applications with Гноме Твеак tool

I recently got Gnome working and was doing some customization.

I managed to get into this меню: Startup Аппликатионс Мену

Upon clicking the + symbol, nothing popped up. Не little window or anything.

Anyone know в way to fix this?
