Why хан I not send поля larger than 30 МБ with telegram on ubuntu touch

I am using telegram версия 2.0.4 on my BQ Aquarius 5.0 Убунту Эдитион. Whenever I want to send поля larger than 30MB telegram just stops the transfer одиннадцать 30MB have been uploaded. When I then leave the чат and re-enter it the file is gone. I thought I could upload поля схвати large туз 1.5GB with telegram?
