Печатающий латекс with custom build option

i am supposed to write my master's thesis in латекс. I was given в template from my thesis инспектор. It - own building рукописный шрифт. I would like to использовал some window редактор (like: Texmaker or Gummi), but нечетное число supports external building tool (for pdf preview mode) or i didn't find how to использовало it. What i expect:

1. Option that allows я to target location of build tool
2. Option that allows я to target location of created pdf

Do you know any app that would fulfil my requirements?
