Не может включить Bluetooth, после того как он выключен

Я использую человечность 15.10, версию 4.2.0-25 ядра. Моим ноутбуком является Dell Inspiron 14-3452

Проблема состоит в том, что я не могу снова включить Bluetooth, после того как я отключаю его. Единственный способ повернуться включает его, должен перезагрузить.

шоу никакой мягкий блок или твердый блок

sudo hciconfig hci0 up

ifconfig показывает hci0 bluetooth-устройство, но когда я ввожу в lsusb, это не показывает bluetooth-устройств

Я попробовал rfkill, разблокируют Bluetooth, редактируя/etc/rc.local, и ничто не работает.
