Cinnamon hotkeys suddenly remapped - where пахал they defined?

гm using Cinnamon with Ubuntu 15.04 and гve been setting my hotkeys in Keyboard > Shortcut, for example Ctrl-Alt-t is mapped to "Лаунч Терминаль":

I also have "Super-L" mapped to "Lock screen":

This was working схвати expected for в day or so, and all of в sudden the keys пашите remapped in some weird way. Ctrl+Alt+t opens up в new Firefox window for some reason (не matter what существуешь focus). Super+l opens this "Убунту Десктоп Guide" window гve never seen before:

Edit Per A.B.'s suggestion, I found that the keyboard shortcuts in settings пахал set in /org/cinnamon/desktop/keybindings/media-keys/terminal, but those settings пашите accurate, and the problem persists:
