Высокий IOWait и Медленная “Синхронизация кэшировали чтения”

(на жестком диске TOSHIBA MK5061GSYN на 7 200 об/мин) Мое использование диска %100 в Windows 8 также, таким образом, я не думаю, что это - связанный Linux. Править: Я выпустил "hdparm-tT/dev/sda" на живом USB, и скорость, кажется, прекрасна:

РЕДАКТИРОВАНИЕ 2: Вчера мой жесткий диск умер. Мой компьютер больше даже не распознает его. Я скоро заменю его.
