Ubuntu 20.04 система отставания

Я только что сделал обновление с Ubuntu 18.04 LTS до 20.04 LTS на Dell Latitude 7370. UI и все приложения отстают/замерзают на 2-3 секунды каждые 5-10 секунд. У меня не было таких проблем с 18.04. Похоже, что это происходит, когда gnome-s+ использует от 50 до 90 %CPU. Под разными логами. Заранее спасибо за помощь.
