Ошибка установки emacs в версии 18.10

Не удается установить emacs в версии 18.10 (Cosmic Cuttlefish)

Когда я ищу libotf, он там:

locate libotf.so
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libotf.so

Так почему же не удается исправить установку?
