Я не могу подключить машины с Windows 10 к моему массиву raid

Запуск Ubuntu 21.04.

Моя группа технической поддержки сказала мне, что мне нужно заставить их переустановить Ubuntu с Samba для обмена файлами. Отсутствие поддержки от них сейчас и ничто из того, что они сделали, позволяет мне получить доступ к массиву рейдов, который я использую в качестве файлового сервера для своей компании. Раньше мне удавалось подключать все свои машины с Windows 10, но теперь при попытке подключения я получаю ошибки с разрешениями.

В Samba есть только два пользователя, но они не уверены, правильно ли они его установили.

Еще одна неприятность заключается в том, что массив raid не монтируется автоматически при перезапуске, но это мало по сравнению с проблемой подключения.
