Восстановить / etc / default / grub
Я случайно вытер /etc/default/grub опечаткой :w !sudo tee %. Есть ли способ восстановить его содержимое? Можно ли где-нибудь скопировать оригинал?

Это сработало для меня:
sudo apt-get remove --purge grub-pc
sudo apt-get install grub-pc

Удивительно, но этот файл /etc/default/grub/, похоже, не предоставляется ни одним пакетом. Я использовал dpkg -S /etc/default/grub, но это не удалось. Однако вы можете скопировать содержимое файла по умолчанию снизу. Этот файл одинаков для Ubuntu 12.04 и 12.10.
