Я не знаю, если ваш файл .bashrc создает эту проблему, так как это не официальный.
Стандартный файл .bashrc на этом заканчивается.

Что касается fstab, кажется, хорошо. Единственная «ошибка», которую я вижу, это fsck.order в /dev/sdb1
Порядок Fsck должен быть 1 только для корневого раздела. Любые другие разделы должны иметь 2.
Итак, правильная строка для / dev / sdb1:
/dev/sdb1 /media/xtra ext3 errors=remount-ro 0 2
Исправьте это и посмотрите, решена ли ваша проблема.
