Ubuntu 18.04 никакое графическое ускорение на HDMI внешнего монитора

У меня есть странная проблема с моим Dell XPS 15 9570, я недавно подключил внешний монитор (DELL P2719H) к моему ноутбуку по HDMI и на моем внешнем мониторе нет никакого графического ускорения.

Nvidia отключена должный короткий ресурс аккумулятора и технология Optimus, intel uhd 630 в настоящее время работает.

Проблема происходит на моем внешнем мониторе, когда я смотрю некоторые видео или когда я нажимаю на некоторые оверлейные программы, экран является отстающим.

Однако этой проблемы не происходит на моем экране ноутбука, это только происходит на внешнем дисплее.
