Не мог работать склонный - получают установку

Когда я пытаюсь установить некоторое новое использование программного обеспечения sudo apt-get install Я получаю этот после сообщения. Я боюсь нажатия ok. Я понятия не имею, что означает безопасная начальная загрузка, и не хотят проходить это.
