Ужасный звук в Ubuntu 18.04 с Dell XPS 15 7590

У меня есть Dell XPS 15 7590 с двойной загрузкой Windows 10 + Ubuntu 18.04.

В Ubuntu динамики ноутбука ужасно звучат. Максимальная громкость очень низкая, а басов практически нет. В Windows это в 100 раз лучше. Также разница заметна с внешними наушниками или динамиками. Тем более баса действительно не хватает.

У микрофона аналогичная проблема. Когда я звоню в Ubuntu, люди жалуются, что качество звука ужасное, и они меня почти не слышат. Опять же, в Windows у меня нет такой проблемы.

Я пытался исправить это с помощью Pulse Effect, но это улучшило звук лишь незначительно. Скорее похоже, что проблема со звуковыми драйверами. С микрофоном еще ничего не пробовал.

Есть ли способ определить, в чем проблема, и как ее исправить?

Я вообще не использовал эквалайзер в конце. Я переделал: Limiter, Filter Bass Enhancer, Multiband Compressor и Stereo Tools. Он основан на справочном руководстве (Усиление динамики внутренних динамиков ноутбука без использования эквалайзера).
