Установить / обновить до Qt 5.15 из PPA 18.04.5 LTS (Bionic)

Я бы хотел установить Qt 5.15 из этого PPA ( Я не хочу использовать установщик). Я добавил PPA, но не могу найти команду apt get, которая устанавливает все пакеты в правильном порядке, т.е. sudo apt install «qt515 *» выдает ошибку
