Двойная загрузка и "блокировка" жестких дисков (сбой восстановления GParted и Windows chdsk зависает при запуске!)

У меня есть два Ubuntu (18.04 и 20.04) и один windows8 на моем компьютере, так что я запустил свой windows примерно через год неиспользования, и один из моих жестких дисков был заблокирован, и я не могу записывать на него файлы, поэтому я не могу восстановить диск с помощью GParted в моей Ubuntu с помощью следующей процедуры:
