Хосты Windows7, Работающие безумно, замедляются в VirtualBox

Привет я - выполнение новой установки Сервера Ubuntu 16.04 с ssh, kvm, webmin, и virtualbox установил саму Систему, HP G5 DL580 с 2x Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E7430 2.13 ГГц, 8 ядер и 48 ГБ поршня.

Виртуальная машина имеет 2 ядра, и 10 ГБ поршня все же редко идут менее чем 50%-е использование CPU в неактивном, и только никогда на мгновение никогда любое использование не помещает его до 100%. Вот моя конфигурация Virtualmachine, все остальное - значение по умолчанию в данный момент.
